Scope of This Notice

This California Privacy Notice supplements the Interacti Gaming Privacy Policy and applies specifically to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). It describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), and how to exercise them.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers:

• Identifiers: Name, email address, IP address
• Internet or Network Activity: Browsing history on our Site, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs
• Inferences: Consumer preferences and interests derived from browsing behavior (via analytics and advertising networks)
• Commercial Information: Records of inquiries submitted through lead generation forms on sponsored content pages

We collect personal information directly from you (via forms), automatically (via cookies and analytics tools), and from third-party partners including advertising networks such as Outbrain.

Purposes for Collecting Personal Information

We collect the above categories of personal information for the following business purposes: operating and improving the Site; responding to requests and delivering requested content; serving and measuring advertising and sponsored content (including via Outbrain); analyzing user behavior to improve editorial and advertorial content; complying with legal obligations.

Disclosure of Personal Information

• Internet or Network Activity — to analytics providers and advertising partners including Outbrain
• Inferences — to advertising partners including Outbrain for content personalization

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, sharing of personal information with advertising partners such as Outbrain for targeted advertising may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. As a California resident, you have the following rights under CCPA/CPRA:

• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: The right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to perform services.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of the sharing of your personal information with advertising partners (including Outbrain) for targeted advertising purposes, you may: (1) use the cookie consent banner to decline advertising cookies when visiting our Site; (2) submit a request via email to [email protected] with subject line "Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information"; or (3) use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor.
